- Visual check of water supply and signs of leaks
- Electrical panel: visible breakers and general function
- Air conditioning: power on, visible drainage and filters
- Pump, cistern and water heater, where applicable
Interiors
- Humidity, odors and signs of water intrusion
- Doors, windows and locks
- Appliances and refrigerator
- Signs of pests or wildlife
Exteriors
- Terraces, planters and furniture
- Pool: visible level and water condition
- Window frames, glass and seals
- Access points, garage and nearby common areas

- Weekly

The recommended frequency depends on the property type, its location and how long it stays unoccupied.
Pre-arrival preparation
We coordinate cleaning, ventilation, system startup, linen check and basic grocery stocking on request, so the property is ready the day you arrive.
Issue detection and escalation
If we find anything out of the ordinary, we notify you the same day with photos and a description, plus a clear recommended next step.
Authorization for additional work
No additional work is carried out without your prior authorization. We present the scope and estimated cost, and only proceed with your written confirmation.
