Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted after the property assessment.

Policy pending client confirmation.

The access method is agreed in writing before the service. We don't request sensitive information through open digital channels.

Insurance coverage, warranties and liability limits are pending confirmation. No coverage is claimed until verified.

Any work outside the agreed scope requires the client's prior authorization.
